摘要:
p53是ARF-MDM2-p53信号通路的转录激活因子,是一种重要的抑癌基因,参与调节新陈代谢、自噬、细胞迁移和侵袭 等过程,其在人类的大部分肿瘤细胞中均可检测出。黑素瘤中80%表达野生型p53,只有极少数表达突变型p53。近来研究表 明,p53失活在黑素瘤中起着重要作用。本文就p53基因在黑素瘤发生、发展及治疗中的作用做一综述。
Abstract:
p53, the transcriptional activator of the ARF-MDM2-p53 signaling pathway, is an important tumor suppressor gene participating in the processes such as metabolism, autophagy, cell migration and invasion and can be detected in most human tumor cells. Eighty percent of melanomas express wild-type p53 and only a few express mutant p53. Recent studies have indicated that inactive p53 plays an important role in melanomas. In this article we will focus on the role of p53 gene in the pathogenesis,development and treatment of melanoma.
