摘要:
目的:运用HSB模型评价冷光美白对氟斑牙在饱和度、色相和亮度上的改变效果及其相关性。方法:选取华北石油管 理局总医院口腔科2017年11月-2019年11月进行冷光美白的110例患者为研究对象,按照氟斑牙指数分为轻、中、重氟斑牙及 无氟斑牙四组,应用photoshop软件颜色拾取功能,记录冷光美白前后切牙的色相值H、饱和度值S、亮度值B,计算美白前 后的色差值I,对美白前后I、H、S、B及氟斑牙分组进行Pearson相关性分析、双偏量相关分析及多元回归分析。结果:运 用HSB模型测量各组与VITA比色片的色差值,与无氟斑牙组相比,美白前后氟斑牙组与比色片色差差异均具有显著统计学意 义(P<0.001);运用HSB模型测量各组美白前后H、S、B平均值,美白前,四组H、S、B值组间差异具有极显著统计学意义 (P<0.001),无氟斑牙组H值及S值显著低于氟斑牙组,B值高于氟斑牙组,差异具有极显著统计学意义(P<0.001);美 白后,四组H、S、B值组间差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.001),且氟斑牙组H值、B值均较美白前提高,S值较美白前均降 低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果,氟斑牙与比色片色差值,美白前与B呈正相关(r=0.827,P<0.01),与S呈负相 关(r=-0.323,P<0.01);美白后,与B呈负相关(r=-0.318,P<0.01),与S呈正相关(r=0.344,P<0.01);双偏量相关分析 结果,美白后氟斑牙组与比色片的色差值与氟斑牙分组呈正相关(r=0.548,P<0.001),与H呈正相关(r=0.660,P<0.001), 与S呈负相关(r=-0.301,P=0.002),与B无明显相关(r=-0.101,P=0.298);多元回归分析结果,以美白后色差值为因 变量,以氟斑牙分组、H美白后、S美白后为自变量,构建回归模型,回归方程为I美白后(Y)=55.995×氟斑牙分组(X1) +14.574×H 美白后(X2)-3.056×S美白后-129.509。结论:运用HSB模型可以评价冷光美白对氟斑牙色相、亮度及饱和度的影响,且与无氟斑牙相比,氟斑牙与VITA比色片的色差值在美白后增大,与色度及饱和度具有相关性,与亮度无明显相关性。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the eff ect and correlation of cold light whitening on color, saturation, and brightness of dental fl uorosis by HSB model. Methods 110 patients with dental fl uorosis who underwent cold light whitening in the Department of Stomatology, Huabei Petroleum Adiministration Bureau General Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into light, medium, heavy dental fluorosis groups and control group according to the dental fluorosis index. The color picking function of photoshop was used to record the H, S and B values of incisors before and after cold light whitening, and the color diff erence values before and after whitening were calculated. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed for color diff erence, H, S, B values and dental fl uorosis before and after whitening. Results The HSB model was used to measure the color diff erence between each group and compare with the VITA color comparison plate. Compared with the non dental fl uorosis group, there was a signifi cant statistical diff erence in the dental fl uorosis group before and after whitening(P <0.01). The HSB model was used to measure the average values of H, S, and B in each group before and after whitening. Before whitening, there were signifi cant diff erences in H, S and B values among the four groups(P <0.001). The H value and S value of the non-fl uoridated teeth group were signifi cantly lower than those of the fl uoridated teeth group, and the B value was higher than that of the fl uoridated teeth group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P <0.001). After whitening, there were signifi cant diff erences in H, S and B values among the four groups (P <0.001). In the dental fl uorosis group, H value and B value were higher than those before whitening, and S value was lower than those before whitening (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the color diff erence between dental fl uorosis and color slides was positively correlated with B value (r=0.827, P <0.01) while negatively correlated with S value (r=-0.323, P<0.01) before whitening. After whitening, it was negatively correlated with B value (r=-0.318, P<0.01) while positively correlated with S value (r=0.344, P<0.01). The results of double bias correlation analysis showed that after whitening, the color diff erence between the dental fl uorosis group and the color comparison plate was correlated with the degree of dental fl uorosis and H value , as a negative correlation with S , while no significant correlation with B(r=0.548, P <0.001,r=0.660, P<0.001,r=-0.301, P<0.001,r=-0.101, P>0.05). Multiple regression analysis results used the color diff erence value after whitening as the dependent variable, and fl uorosis grouping, H whitening, and S whitening as independent variables, construct a regression model. The regression equation was I after whitening (Y) =55.995× X1 (dental fl uorosis group) +14.574×X2(H after whitening ) -3.056×S after whitening -129.509. Conclusion The HSB model can be used to evaluate the eff ect of cold light whitening on the color phase, brightness, and saturation of dental fl uorosis. Compared with non dental fl uorosis, the color diff erence between dental fl uorosis and VITA color chips increased after whitening, which is correlated with hue and saturation, but not with brightness.
