摘要:
目的:比较微研磨和渗透树脂分别联合冷光美白治疗氟斑牙的效果。方法:选择笔者医院2017年3月-2020年4月诊治的85例氟斑牙患者,随机抛硬币法分为研磨组(41例)和树脂组(44例),其中研磨组患者给予微研磨技术联合冷光美白治疗,树脂组患者给予渗透树脂技术联合冷光美白治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后病损面积变化以及心理状态,并评估美白效果和牙齿敏感度,统计两组患者美学效果满意度。结果:两组患者美白有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前和治疗后1周两组患者牙面病损面积比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后1、3个月树脂组患者病损面积明显低于研磨组(P<0.05);树脂组患者牙齿敏感度发生率明显低于研磨组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者SAS、SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后树脂组患者上述评分明显低于研磨组(P<0.05);树脂组患者治疗满意度明显高于研磨组(P<0.05)。结论:微研磨技术和渗透树脂技术联合冷光美白应用于氟斑牙均具有较好的治疗效果,但后者可更为有效地改善患者病损面积,减少牙敏感发生率,改善患者负面情绪,提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of microabrasion and resin infiltration respectively combined with cold light whitening in the treatment of dental fluorosis. Methods 85 patients with dental fluorosis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from March 2017 to April 2020 were enrolled. According to the coin tossing method, they were randomly divided into abrasion group (41 cases) and resin group (44 cases ).The patients in abrasion group were treated with microabrasion combined with cold light whitening, and the patients in resin group were treated with resin infiltration combined with cold light whitening. The changes of lesion area before and after treatment, and psychological states of the two groups were compared. The whitening effects and tooth sensitivity were evaluated, and satisfaction with aesthetic effects was counted. Results There was no statistical difference in the effective rate of whitening between the two groups (P>0.05). Before treatment and 1 week after treatment, no significant differences were found in lesion area between the two groups (P>0.05). 1 month and 3 months after treatment, the lesion area in the resin group was significantly smaller than that in the abrasion group(P<0.05).The incidence of tooth sensitivity in the resin group was significantly lower than that in the abrasion group(P<0.05). Before treatment, no significant differences were found in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the resin group had significantly lower scores than the abrasion group(P<0.05),and satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the abrasion group(P<0.05). Conclusion Both microabrasion and resin infiltration combined with cold light whitening can achieve good therapeutic effects on dental fluorosis.However,the latter can improve the lesion area more effectively, reduce the incidence of tooth sensitivity,and relieve the patients’negative emotions,thereby improving nursing satisfaction
