摘要:
目的：探究正畸修复非综合征型唇腭裂患者牙周患病率及严重程度与患牙龈沟液IL-lβ和IL-lra的相关性。方法：选取笔者医院2018年1月-2020年2月收治的100例非综合征型唇腭裂患者为实验组，并选取同期无唇腭裂的101例正畸患者为对照组。对比两组患者治疗期间的牙周发病率，对比两组患者治疗前后3个月菌斑情况，对比两组患者治疗前后3个月牙周指数以及牙龈沟液内IL-lβ和IL-lra水平。结果：实验组发病率81.00%，显著高于对照组的49.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，两组患者IL-lβ升高，IL-lra水平降低，且实验组IL-lβ显著低于对照组，IL-lra水平均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，两组出血指数、牙周探诊指数均升高，且实验组出血指数、牙周探诊指数均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：正畸修复非综合征型唇腭裂患者发生牙周病几率较高，同时，当牙周病越严重时，牙龈沟液IL-lβ水平越低，IL-lra水平越高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between the periodontal morbidity, severity and IL-l β and IL-lra in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate (NSCLP) by orthodontic-prosthetic treatment. Methods A total of 100 NSCLP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were enrolled as the experimental group, and 101 patients without cleft lip and palate (CLP) by orthodontic treatment were used as the control group. The periodontal morbidity during treatment, the plaque status before and 3 months after treatment, the periodontal index and the levels of IL-l β and IL-lra in gingival crevicular fluid at 3 months before and after treatment in groups C, D as well as the pathologic group and the control group were compared. Results The incidence rate of in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group [81.00% vs. 49.50% , P＜0.05]. After 3 months of treatment,IL-lβ increased and IL-lra levels decreased in the two groups. In addition,IL-l β of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and IL-lra level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P ＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the bleeding index and periodontal exploratory index of the two groups increased, and the experimental group The bleeding index and probing index in the group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate have a higher probability of periodontal disease. At the same time, when the periodontal disease is more severe, the lower the level of IL-l β in gingival crevicular fluid,the higher the level of IL-lra.
