[摘要]目的：比较负压伤口疗法结合邮票植皮术与传统换药植皮在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年1
月-2016年1月收治的糖尿病足溃疡Wagner分级3～4级49例患者，根据治疗方法的不同分为负压治疗组25例和传统换药组24
例，在控制血糖，控制感染，营养神经、改善微循环等支持治疗协助下，予以创面清创，负压治疗组采用负压伤口疗法+邮
票游离移植技术，传统换药组采用换药方法+薄中厚皮片移植修复，比较两组患者创面床的准备时间、住院时间。结果：49
例患者治疗后创面均愈合出院，负压治疗组创面床准备时间及住院时间为（11.80±3.35）d、（27.12±8.21）d，传统换药
组为（17.87±4.54）d、（45.00±10.60）d，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论：与传统换药植皮治疗方法相
比，负压治疗组创面床准备时间及住院时间均明显缩短，且减少了换药工作量，操作简单。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To compare the clinical effect between the negative pressure wound therapy with postage stamp grafting
and conventional skin grafting in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods A retrospective study of 49 patients with
diabetic foot ulcers wagner class 3-4 who were hospitalized between January 2010 to January 2016. According to the different
treatment methods, they were divided into the two groups, the negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT）group 25 cases
and the traditional treatment(TDT) group 24 cases. Based on glycemic control, infection control and helping of neurotrophy
medicine and improving microcirculation medicine and other supporting treatment, radical debridement was performed. The
NPWT group used the negative pressure wound therapy + postage stamp grafting technology, The TDT group treated with
conventional wound dressing and thin split thickness skin graft methods. Clinical results were assessed by comparing the
preparation time of the wound bed and the hospital stays length between the two groups. Results The wound of 49 cases of
patients were healing discharged after treatment. The preparation time and hospitalization time of wound bed in the NPWT
group were (11.80±3.35)d,(27.12±8.21)d, in the TDT group were(17.87±4.54)d,(45.00±10.60)d, there were significant
differences between groups(P ＜0.01). Conclusion Compared with the TDT group, the preparation time and hospitalization
time of wound bed in the NPWT group were significantly shortened, and the workload of dressing change was reduced, and the
operation was simple.
