摘要:
[摘要]本文从中医角度出发，引经据典，从病名、病因病机、治疗及预防调护四方面探析古今医家对痤疮的不同学术见解,
进一步呈现本病的发展进程。各时期病名繁多，并趋于统一，普于“粉刺”；病因多以肺胃湿热为主，随当代饮食、情志等
致病因素的增多，常受累于肝肾，甚则冲任不调；治疗上内外结合，内治注重清肺胃湿热，辅以调理肝肾、以养冲任，外治
的行针刺络、粉膏熏洗等众多剂型的应用，已成为中医治疗本病的一大特色；饮食、情志、生活习惯等方面的调护也日趋被
重视，从而达到干预痤疮发病的目的。

Abstract:
Abstract: From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes the different academic views of ancient and
modern doctors of acne from the four aspects of disease name, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment, prevention and care, and
further presents the development process of this disease.The names of the disease are various in different times, and they tend
to to unifi ed,Now they commonly known as “comedo”.The most cause of disease is dampness-heat of lungs and stomach,With
the increasing number of contemporary pathogenic factors,such as diet and emotion,it often hurts the liver and kidneys,and
even disharmony of Chong and Conception Channels;The combination of internal and external treatment methods, the internal
treatment method focuses on clearing dampness-heat of lungs and stomach, supplemented with the conditioning of liver and
kidney,thus coordinating Chong and Conception Vessels,and acupuncture therapy in external treatment methods,as well as
the application of powders,fumigating and washing therapy,ointments and other dosage forms,it has become a major feature
of traditional Chinese medicine for treating acne.Diet,emotion,living habits and other aspects of care are also increasingly
valued,so as to achieve the purpose of intervening in the incidence of acne.
