摘要:
为探索古代医家内治法治疗痤疮用药规律，运用“中国期刊全文数据库”检索古籍记载的内治法从热论治痤疮的方 剂，结合现代药理学研究，分析其遣方用药、配伍规律以及临床效果。从热论治痤疮，古代医家认为痤疮的病因病机包括感 邪阳郁、肺经血热、脾胃湿热、年少阳盛和体虚生火，治疗上采用清肺枇杷饮、枇杷叶丸和黄芩清肺饮以清宣肺热，防风通 圣散、冬葵散以清利湿热，六味地黄丸、五参丸以补虚泻火，毡根煎、加味甘桔汤以清热散结。文章分析了痤疮中医内治法 从热论治的疗效，以飨同道。
Abstract:
In order to explore the medication rules of ancient physicians’ internal treatment method for acne, the "Chinese Journal Full-text Database" was used to search the ancient books for the internal treatment method to treat acne from the perspective of heat, and combined with modern pharmacological research to analyze its prescriptions, compatibility rules and clinical Eff ect. Treating acne from heat theory, ancient physicians believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of acne included a sense of pathogenic yang stagnation, lung meridian blood heat, spleen and stomach damp-heat, youthful Yang Sheng and physical deficiency generating fire. In the treatment, Qingfei Pipa Decoction, Pipaye Wa and Huangqin Qingfei Decoction are used to clear lung heat, Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder and Dongkui Powder are used to clear dampness and heat, Liuwei Dihuang Pill and Wushen Pill are used to invigorate defi ciency and reduce fi re, Zhangen Decoction, Jiawei Ganju Soup to clear heat and disperse knots. The article analyzes the curative eff ect of the internal treatment of acne in traditional Chinese medicine, in order to share with fellow practitioners.
