[摘要]目的：探讨1 565nm非剥脱点阵激光（NAFL）联合得宝松在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的应用效果，以及对温哥华瘢痕量表
（VSS）评分的影响。方法：选取2017年10月-2020年8月笔者科室收治的62例瘢痕疙瘩患者为研究对象。按随机数字法分为
对照组和观察组，每组31例。对照组采用得宝松进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用1 565nm NAFL治疗。比较两组
临床效果、VSS评分、不良反应及满意度情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率93.55%，高于对照组的74.19%，两组比
较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组VSS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学
意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组总满意度87.09%，高于对照组的64.52%，两组比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：1 565nm
NAFL联合得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩具有良好效果，可促进瘢痕恢复，提高患者满意度，且不增加不良反应。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of 1 565nm non-ablative fractional laser (NAFL) combined with
Debaosong in the treatment of keloid, and its influence on the Vancouver scar scale (VSS) score. Methods Total of 62 patients
with keloid admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital from October 2017 to August 2020 were selected. According
to the random number method, they were divided into the control group (n =31) and the observation group (n =31). The control
group received Debaosong, and the observation group received 1 565nm NAFL on the basis of the control group. The clinical
effects, VSS scores, adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the
observation group (93.55%) was higher than that of the control group (74.19%, P ＜0.05). The VSS scores of the observation
group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse
reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group (87.09%) was higher than that of
the control group (64.52%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion 1 565nm NAFL combined with Debaosong has a good effect in the treatment
of keloid, which can promote scar recovery, improve satisfaction, and does not increase adverse reactions.
