摘要:
目的：对比树脂直接充填、瓷贴面用于前牙切角缺损修复中的美学效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2021年1月在笔者医 院进行前牙切角缺损修复的94例患者为研究对象进行前瞻性研究，应用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组47例。对 照组直接充填树脂，观察组给予瓷贴面修复，治疗后随访6个月，采用Ryge标准评估比较两组修复效果，对比牙周指标及 龈沟液中炎症因子及酶液水平变化情况，记录满意度及并发症发生率。结果：修复后，观察组完整性、颜色匹配、边 缘密合度及边缘着色美学效果显著优于对照组，牙周指标、炎症因子指标及酶液指标明显低于对照组，差异均有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组在舒适度、语言功能、咀嚼功能、固位稳定功能方面满意度均显著高于对照组，并发症发生率 （6.38%）显著低于对照组（23.40%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：瓷贴面与树脂直接填充对前牙切角缺损均 具有一定修复作用，但前者美学效果更佳，并发症及炎症反应均较低，患者满意度良好。
Abstract:
Objective This study was aimed to compare the cosmetic results of direct resin filling and porcelain veneer in repairing anterior incisor defect. Methods Ninety-four patients who underwent repair of anterior incisor defect in the hospital were selected as the research subjects between March 2017 and January 2021. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 47 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with direct resin fi lling, and patients in the observation group were treated with porcelain veneer. All were followed up for 6 months, and the Ryge standard was used to evaluate the repair eff ects. The changes in periodontal indicators, infl ammatory factors and enzyme indicators in gingival crevicular fl uid were compared between the two groups. Satisfaction rate and the incidence of complications were recorded. Results The cosmetic results of observation group after repair was signifi cantly better than those of the control group in terms of integrity, color matching, marginal fi tting, and edge coloring (P＜0.05).After repair, the periodontal indicators, infl ammatory factors and enzyme indicators in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P＜0.05). Patients in the observation group were more satisfi ed with comfort level,language function,masticatory function, and retention and stabilization,compared with the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group (6.38% vs. 23.40%),the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P＜0.05). Conclusion Both porcelain veneer and direct resin fi lling can be used to repair anterior incisor defects. However, the former can achieve better cosmetic results, with fewer complications and infl ammatory response, and good satisfaction.
