摘要:
目的：观察盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑片辅助根管治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年1月-2020年8 月南通市肿瘤医院收治的102例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者为研究对象，按随机数字表抽样法分为观察组和对照组，每组51例。 两组病例均按照常规牙周基础治疗和根管治疗处理，对照组给予替硝唑片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合盐酸米诺环素 治疗，两组均治疗4周。记录两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的牙周参数及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果：观察组临 床治疗有效率为90.20%,高于对照组的68.63%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05）；两组治疗后牙周参数各项指标均有 所改善,且观察组的各项牙周参数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较，差异 无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑辅助根管治疗可有效降低磨牙牙周参数水平，对牙周-牙髓联合病 变的疼痛程度和牙龈脓肿有一定的缓解，且两药合用不增加副作用，具有一定的安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effi cacy of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole tablet assisted in root canal treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions. Methods The 102 patients with periodontal-endodontic lesions admitted in Nantong Cancer Hospital from January 2017 to August 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized digital table sampling method, with 51 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by routine periodontal basic treatment and root canal treatment,tinidazole tablet was treated by the control group, while the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride based on the control group. The treatment time for the two groups of patients was 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy after treatment, periodontal parameters, before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded. Results Clinical treatment effi ciency in the observation group was 90.20%,which is higher than 68.63% in the control group. This difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). The periodontal parameters in the observation group were lower than in the control group, the diff erence was statistically significant(P ＜0.05); During the treatment period. The difference between the two groups was statistically insignifi cant by comparing the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Minoccline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole tablet assisted in root canal treatment can eff ectively reduce the periodontal parameters of molar, relieve the pain and gum abscess, and the combined medication does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth clinical application.
