摘要:
目的：观察海奥口腔修复膜在上前牙区超声骨刀骨皮质切开引导骨再生术（Guided bone regeneration，GBR）中的 应用效果。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的行上前牙区超声骨刀骨皮质切开GBR患者76例，随机分为对照组 和观察组，每组38例。对照组采用Bio-Gide膜，观察组采用海奥口腔修复膜。比较两组术后6个月GBR成功率、水平与垂直骨 生长有效率、植骨密度以及并发症发生率。结果：两组GBR成功率、植骨与成骨厚度、植骨与成骨高度、水平与垂直骨生长有效 率、植骨密度比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组术后并发症发生率21.05%，明显高于对照组的5.26%（P＜0.05）。 结论：海奥口腔修复膜在上前牙区超声骨刀骨皮质切开引导骨再生术中具有良好的引导骨再生作用，且效果与Bio-Gide膜的 临床效果基本相当，但海奥口腔修复膜可能会引发更多的术后并发症。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the eff ect of Hiao dental prosthesis on guided bone regeneration (GBR) in the anterior dental region. Methods A total of 76 GBR patients admitted to the author’s hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bio-Gide membrane, and the observation group was treated with Hiao oral repair membrane. GBR success rate, horizontal and vertical bone growth effi ciency, bone graft density,and complication rate were compared between the two groups 6 months after operation. Results There were no signifi cant diff erences in the success rate of GBR, the thickness of bone graft and bone formation, the height of bone graft and bone formation, the eff ective rate of horizontal and vertical bone growth, and bone density of bone graft between the two groups (P ＞0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 21.05%, which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group 5.26%(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The HIO dental repair membrane has a good eff ect on guided bone regeneration in the anterior dental region guided bone regeneration by ultrasonic bone knife incision in the bone cortex,and the clinical eff ect is basically equivalent to that of Bio-Gide membrane, but the HIO oral repair membrane may cause more postoperative complications.
