摘要:
目的：探究槐杞黄颗粒联合他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎（Atopic dermatitis，AD）的效果及治疗后对患者的皮损 恢复情况、免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2022年1月-2023年5月笔者医院收治的80例AD患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每 组40例，观察组采用槐杞黄颗粒联合他克莫司软膏进行治疗，对照组采用他克莫司软膏联合氯雷他定片治疗特应性皮炎，比 较两组患者的中医症状评分、疗效[特应性皮炎评分（Scoring atopic dermatitis index，SCORAD）]、皮损恢复情况[湿疹 面积及严重度指数（Eczema area and severity index，EASI）]、免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗1个月后，观察 组主次证候积分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的SCORAD各维度评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的总有效率高于 对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的EASI评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的γ-干扰素（Interferon-γ，IFN-γ）和白细胞 介素-2（Interleukin-2，IL-2）水平高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组的白细胞介素-4（Interleukin-4，IL-4）水平低于 对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应发生率略低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：槐杞黄颗粒联 合他克莫司软膏能治疗AD疗效显著，不仅能显著改善皮肤干燥、瘙痒等症状，还有利于提高患者免疫功能，且安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of Huaiqihuang granule combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) and its impact on skin lesion recovery and immune function after treatment. Methods Eighty patients with AD admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases). The observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang granules combined with tacrolimus ointment, while the control group received tacrolimus ointment combined with loratadine tablets for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The TCM symptom scores, effi cacy [Scoring Atopic Dermatitis Index (SCORAD)], skin lesion recovery status [Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI)], immune function, and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of treatment, the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The SCORAD dimension scores were also lower in the observation group (P＜0.05). The total eff ective rate in the observation group was higher compared to the control group (P＜0.05). The EASI scores in the observation group were lower compared to the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of interferongamma (IFN-γ) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the observation group were higher, while the level of interleukin-4 (IL-4) was lower compared to the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, although this diff erence was not statistically signifi cant (P＞0.05). Conclusion Huaiqihuang granules combined with tacrolimus ointment is eff ective in treating AD. It not only signifi cantly improves symptoms such as dry skin and itching but also enhances the immune function of patients. Additionally, it has a good safety profi le.
