摘要:
目的：分析双维度强化护理对点阵CO2激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的影响。方法：选取2019年8月-2022年6月 笔者医院收治的300例行点阵CO2激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗的白癜风患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察 组各150例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予双维度强化护理干预，比较两组患者临床疗效、心理状态[抑郁自评量 表(Self-rating depression scale，SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)]、生活质量调查表（Short form 36 questionnaire，SF-36）评分、美学效果满意度及不良反应。结果：干预后，观察组患者总有效率、美学满意度、 SF-36 评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组SAS、SDS评分及不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：双维度强化护 理应用于点阵CO2激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗的白癜风患者中，可提高患者临床疗效、美学效果满意度及生活质量，缓解患 者负性情绪，减少患者不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the eff ect of two-dimension intensive nursing on combined treatment of fractional CO2 laser and tacrolimus ointment for vitiligo. Methods A total of 300 patients with vitiligo who were treated with fractional CO2 laser combined with tacrolimus ointment in the hospital from August 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given two-dimensional intensive nursing.Clinical effects,psychological states [self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)],quality of life [shot-form 36 questionnaire (SF 36)],aesthetic satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between groups. Results After intervention, the total eff ective rate, aesthetic satisfaction and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05), and the SAS and SDS scores and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Applying two-dimensional intensive nursing to vitiligo patients treated with fractional CO2 laser combined with tacrolimus ointment can improve clinical eff ects,satisfaction with aesthetic eff ect and quality of life,alleviate negative emotions and reduce adverse reactions.
