[摘要]目的：观察点阵二氧化碳激光联合得宝松及多药物治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法：将51例稳定期白癜风患者随
机分为两组，治疗组：25例，予点阵二氧化碳激光术后即刻涂抹得宝松溶液，联合吡美莫司、他卡西醇、卤米松乳膏外用；
对照组：26例，仅外用吡美莫司、他卡西醇及卤米松乳膏。患者每月随访，6个月后观察两组疗效。对比两组患者治疗后色
素积分。结果：6个月治疗结束后观察两组白斑治疗情况，治疗组有效率80.00%，对照组53.85%，治疗组疗效优于对照组，
差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后,治疗组色素积分（2.23±0.69）分，较对照组色素积分（1.64±0.48）分显著增高
（P ＜0.05）。治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论：点阵CO2激光联合得宝松及外用吡美莫司、他卡西醇、卤米松乳膏
治疗稳定期白癜风患者疗效好，不良反应少。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with diprospan and multi drugs in the
treatment of stable vitiligo. Methods Totally 51 patients with stable vitiligo were divided randomly into two groups: treatment
group and control group. Patients in each group used creams like 1% pimecrolimus, tacalcitol and halometasone, but the 25
patients in the treatment group were given fractional CO2 laser treatment combined with diprospan once a month. All the
patients go to the hospital every month and we observe the clinical effects and the pigment score after 6 months. Results
After 6 months, the effective rate of treatment group(80%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.85%).
After treatment, the pigment score of the treatment group (2.23 ± 0.69) was significantly higher than that of the control group
(1.64±0.48) (P ＜0.05). No serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment. Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser combined
with topical medication treating stable vitiligo showed better clinical efficacy and safety.
