摘要:
目的：探讨点阵CO2激光（Fractional CO2 laser,FCL）联合富血小板血浆（Platelet-rich plasma,PRP）或碱性成 纤维细胞生长因子（Basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF）治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法：选取2018年4月-2020年5月于 笔者科室接受治疗的72例面部痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象，按治疗方式不同分为PRP组（n=36，FCL联合PRP治疗）和bFGF组 （n=36，FCL联合bFGF治疗），记录两组治疗后创面愈合时间，Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原含量，治疗前及治疗6个月后瘢痕ECCA评分、 皮肤毛孔值、纹理值，随访6个月记录两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：PRP组伤口愈合用时较bFGF组短，Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ 型胶原较bFGF组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后瘢痕ECCA评分、皮肤毛孔值、纹理值较治疗前降低，且PRP 组低于bFGF组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；PRP组治疗总有效率高于bFGF组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不 良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：FCL联合PRP或bFGF治疗痤疮瘢痕均有较好疗效及安全性，FCL联 合PRP治疗效果更优。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of fractional CO2 laser (FCL) combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) or basic fi broblast growth factor (bFGF) in the treatment of acne scars. Methods A total of 72 patients with facial acne scars who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into PRP group (n=36, FCL combined with PRP treatment) and bFGF group (n=36, FCL combined with bFGF treatment), record the wound healing time, type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen content of the two groups after treatment, scar ECCA score, skin pore value, and texture value before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Follow up for 6 months and record two Group curative eff ect and occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The wound healing time of the PRP group was less than that of the bFGF group, and the type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅲ collagen were higher than those of the bFGF group (P＜0.05), after treatment, the scar ECCA score, skin pore value and texture value of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the PRP group It was lower than the bFGF group (P＜0.05), the total eff ective rate of treatment in the PRP group was higher than that in the bFGF group (P＜0.05), there was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion FCL combined with PRP or bFGF has good effi cacy and safety in the treatment of acne scars, and FCL combined with PRP has a faster eff ect.
