摘要:
目的:探究点阵CO2激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Recombinant bovinebasic fibroblast growth factor,rb-bFGF)治疗浅表性瘢痕的效果。方法:随机选取2018年8月-2020年8月笔者医院收治的68例浅表性瘢痕患者为研 究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予点阵CO2激光治疗,观察组在此基础上联合rb-bFGF治疗。比较两组疗 效、瘢痕状态、创面愈合时间及疼痛评分(The visual analogue scale,VAS)和皮肤屏障功能(Trans epidermal water loss,TEWL)、记录治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组色素沉着 面积、瘢痕面积及VSS评分均下降且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间更短且VAS评分更低(P<0.05); 治疗后两组皮肤含水量和TEWL均上升,且相比于对照组,观察组皮肤含水量更高,TEWL升高较少(P<0.05);两组均未出 现明显不良反应。结论:点阵CO2激光联合rb-bFGF治疗浅表性瘢痕效果显著,对于瘢痕状态改善明显,能改善治疗期间患者 疼痛程度,缩短痊愈时间,且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) on superficial scars. Methods A total of 68 patients with superficial scars admitted to the hospital were randomly enrolled as the research objects between August 2018 and August 2020. They were divided into observation group (fractional CO2 laser combined with rb-bFGF) and control group (fractional CO2 laser), 34 cases in each group. The curative effect, scar status, wound healing time and Visual analogue scale (VAS), and skin barrier function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded. Results After treatment, the response rate of treatment was higher in observation group than control group (P<0.05). The scores area of pigmentation, scar area and VSS in both groups were decreased, which were lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time was short and VAS score was lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, skin water content and Trans epidermal water Loss (TEWL) in both groups were increased. The skin water content was more and TEWL was lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion The curative effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with rb-bFGF is significant on superficial scars, which can significantly improve scar status, relieve pain during treatment and shorten healing time, with high safety.
