[摘要]目的：探索晕痣（Halo nevus，HN）患者中白癜风发生状况及其危险因素。方法：回顾性纳入了2015年1月-2019年1
月就诊于笔者医院的150例HN患者。记录其临床信息和HN相关可能诱因，采用单因素及多因素Logistic分析探讨白癜风相关
HN（Vitiligo?ssociated HN,HNV）危险因素。结果：共计纳入150例HN患者，其中HNV患者72例。HN皮损分布中58.7%在头
颈部。HNV患者平均发病年龄显著低于普通HV患者（P =0.032）。心理压力过大（18/40）和物理创伤（16/40）是最常见的HN
诱因。多因素Logistic分析显示Koebner现象（OR =10.632，P ＜0.001）、多发性HN（OR =3.918，P ＜0.001）和白癜风家族史
（OR =3.222，P =0.014）与HNV发生风险增加相关。结论：Koebner现象、多发性HN和白癜风家族史是HN患者发生白癜风的独
立危险因素。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the occurrence and risk factors of vitiligo in patients with halo nevus (HN). Methods 150
patients with HN who visited our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were included retrospectively. The clinical
information and the possible causes of HN were recorded. The risk factors of vitiligo associated HN (HNV) were analyzed
by single factor and multifactor Logistic analysis. Results A total of 150 HN patients were included, 72 of whom were HNV
patients. 58.7% of HN was in head and neck. The average age of HNV patients was significantly lower than that of HV patients
(P =0.032). Psychological stress (18/40) and physical trauma (16/40) are the most common causes of HN. Multivariate logistic
analysis showed that Koebner phenomenon (OR = 10.632, P ＜0.001), multiple HN (OR =3.918, P ＜0.001) and family history
of vitiligo (OR =3.222, P =0.014) were associated with increased risk of HNV. Conclusion Koebner phenomenon, multiple HN
and family history of vitiligo are independent risk factors for vitiligo in HN patients.
