摘要:
目的：探讨无托槽隐形矫治联合口腔修复对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者修复效果及咀嚼功能的影响。方法：选 取2019年1月-2022年10月大庆油田总医院收治的60例安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者，随机分成两组，每组30例。两 组均接受口腔修复治疗，对照组联合传统固定正畸，观察组联合无托槽隐形矫治。比较两组治疗效果、修复美学效果、 咀嚼功能、牙根平行度及患者的生活质量。结果：治疗3个月后，观察组的治疗优良率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00% （P＜0.05）；观察组红色美学指数中近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头、唇侧龈缘曲线、总分及白色美学指数中牙冠形态得分均高 于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组咬合力及咀嚼效率均高于对照组，牙根平行度及种植义齿修复疾病专表各维度得分均低于对 照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者采用无托槽隐形矫治联合口腔修复治疗效果较高，可促进咀 嚼功能恢复，获得较为理想的美学效果，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the eff ect of Angelalign invisible orthodontic treatment combined with oral restoration on restoration eff ect and masticatory function in patients with Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion and dentition defects. Methods Sixty patients with Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion and dentition defects who were admitted to Daqing Oilfi eld General Hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases in each group. All patients underwent oral restoration. On this basis, the control group was treated with traditional fi xed orthodontics and the observation group was given bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment eff ects, aesthetic eff ects of restoration, masticatory function, root parallelism, and quality of life. Results After 3 months of treatment, the excellent and good rate of treatment eff ects in the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P＜0.05). The observation group had higher pink aesthetic scores and white aesthetic scores than the control group (P＜0.05). Bite force and masticatory effi ciency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The scores for root parallelism and different dimensions of dental implant restoration scale were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment combined with oral restoration is eff ective in the treatment of patients with Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion and dentition defects. The combined treatment can achieve relatively ideal aesthetic eff ects, promote masticatory function recovery and improve the quality of life.
