摘要:
目的：对比无托槽隐形矫治技术与固定矫治技术用于正畸治疗中对牙周健康及口腔舒适度的影响。方法：选取笔者医 院接诊的96例行正畸治疗的患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组48例。A组采用无托槽隐形矫治技术，B组 采用固定矫治技术，对比两组治疗后的牙周健康状况、口腔舒适度及矫治效果等。结果：与治疗前比较，两组治疗结束时 及治疗后6个月的GI、SPD、SBI、PLI评分均较治疗前增加，并且B组的增加幅度更大，A组治疗结束时、治疗后6个月的GI、 SPD 、SBI、PLI评分均低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与治疗前相比，两组治疗后的AST、ALP水平均明显升高，并且B组的升高幅度更明显，B组治疗后的AST、ALP水平高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的错牙合畸形总改善率 比较，差异无统计学意义（100.00% vs 95.83%，P＞0.05），两组的美观性、舒适度、语言功能满意度评分，A组均明显高于 B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在口腔正畸治疗中，相比固定矫治技术，无托槽隐形矫治技术更有利于维护口 腔卫生及对牙周健康的影响，且佩戴后的口腔舒适度更好。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the eff ects of invisible orthodontic treatment and fixed orthodontic treatment on periodontal health and oral comfort. Methods 96 patients with orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into two groups (n=48).Group A was treated with invisible orthodontic technique without brackets, and group B was treated with fi xed orthodontic technique. The periodontal health status, oral comfort and orthodontic eff ect of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the scores of GI, SPD, SBI and PLI in the two groups at 6 months-treatment and the end of treatment were increased, and the increase of group B was greater. The scores of GI, SPD, SBI and PLI in group A at 6 months- treatment and the end of treatment were lower than those in group B (P＜0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, the levels of AST and ALP in two groups after treatment were signifi cantly increased, and the increase in group B was more obvious. The levels of AST and ALP in group B after treatment were higher than those in group A (P＜0.05). There was no signifi cant difference in the total eff ective rate between the two groups (100.00% vs 95.83%, P＞0.05).Total improvement rate of malocclusion in group A was signifi cantly lower than that in group B (8.33% vs 27.08%, P＜0.05). The oral convenience, aesthetics, comfort and satisfaction of language function in group A were signifi cantly higher than those in group B (P＜0.05). Conclusion In orthodontic treatment, compared with fixed orthodontic technology, invisible orthodontic technology without bracket is more conducive to maintain oral health, its impact on periodontal health, and the oral comfort after wearing is better
