摘要:
创面是正常皮肤组织在各种致伤因素（如：物理、化学、生物以及机体内在因素等）作用下导致的损害。创面愈合需要经历三个过程：局部炎症期、细胞增殖期和组织重建期，如果愈合过程无法顺利进行，伤口将会演变成慢性创面。目前临床上针对创面治疗的生物材料种类众多，功能不尽相同，如：覆盖保护、抗菌、清创、促愈合等作用。本文就目前生物材料应用于创面修复的不同功能和特点进行分类阐述。
