[摘要]目的：了解三级甲等整形外科专科医院护士职业认同现状与工作投入的相关性，为临床护理管理工作提供依据。方
法：2020年1-2月整群抽取北京某三级甲等整形外科专科医院的临床护士192名，采用一般资料调查问卷、护士职业认同评定
量表、Utrecht工作投入量表进行调查。结果：192名整形外科护士职业认同总分为（111.03±19.88）分，工作投入总分为
（65.46±19.30）分，均处于中等水平。职业认同总分及各维度评分均与工作投入评分呈正相关（P ＜0.05），职业认知评
价是影响护士工作投入的主要因素（P ＜0.05）。结论：整形外科护士的职业认同及工作投入现状均处于中等水平，职业认
同与工作投入呈显著正相关。临床护理管理者应重视整形外科护士的职业认同现状，采取有效措施提升护士职业认同感，提
高护士工作投入度，保证临床护理服务质量。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To understand the correlation between the professional identity and work engagement among nurses in a
Class Ⅲ Grade A plastic surgery hospital so as to provide guidance for clinical nursing management. Methods From January to
February in 2020,192 nurses of a Class Ⅲ Grade A plastic surgery hospital in Beijing were investigated using the Professional
identification scale(PIS) and Utrecht work engagement scale(UWES). Results The total score of PIS was (111.03±19.88) points
in 192 plastic surgery nurses, and the score of UWES was (65.46±19.30) points, both were at a medium level. The total score
of nurses’ professional identity and the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with the scores of UWES (P ＜0.05).
Multiple linear regression analysis showed, the dimension of professional cognitive evaluation was the main influencing factors
of their work engagement (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The overall professional identity and work engagement of 192 plastic
surgery nurses are at moderate-to-high level. There is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and work
engagement. It is suggested that clinical nursing managers should take measures to improve nurses’ professional identity so as
to improve their working engagement level and ensure the quality of clinical nursing service.
