摘要:
目的：初步探讨B超引导下1470nm激光联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法：113例腱鞘囊肿按治疗方法分为A组(微创组)，B组(外科手术组)。A组61例采用B超引导下1470nm激光消融、聚桂醇硬化治疗；B组52例采用传统手术方法，术后随访6～24个月，复查B超，比较两组之间的有效率、复发率、并发症发生率。结果：A组治疗后，56例治疗有效，5例复发，并发症4例；B组治疗后，40例有效，12例术后复发，并发症10例。A组有效率高于B组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；A组复发率、并发症发生率均低于B组(P＜0.05)。结论：B超引导下1470nm激光联合聚桂醇治疗腱鞘囊肿效果良好，且较外科手术可有效降低复发率与并发症的发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of B-ultrasound guided Lauromacrogol combined with 1?470?nm laser in the treatment of ganglion cysts. Methods Retrospective analysis 113 cases of ganglion cysts treated in our hospital and divided them into group A (minimally invasive group) according to the treatment method, Group B (surgical operation group). Among them, 61 patients in group A were treated with 1?470?nm laser ablation and lauromacrogol sclerotherapy under the guidance of B-ultrasound, 52 patients in group B were treated with traditional surgical methods, and the B-ultrasound was reviewed 6-24 months after surgery. The effective rate, recurrence and complication rate between the two groups were compared. Results In group A, 56 cases were effective, 5 cases recurred, and 4 cases were complications during the treatment.after treatment in group B, 40 cases were effective, 12 cases recurred, and 10 cases were complications,The effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Compared with group B, the recurrence rate and complication rate were lower than those of group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of 1?470?nm laser and Lauromacrogol under the guidance of B-ultrasound is a safe, effective and low recurrence method for the treatment of ganglion cyst.
