摘要:
目的：分析针对性护理及心理干预在小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术中的应用效果。方法：选择笔者医院2018年10 月-2020年10月收治的70例接受整形美容缝合术的面部外伤患儿作为研究对象，按照不同护理方法均分为两组，对照组35例 患儿进行常规护理干预，观察组35例患儿在此基础上进行针对性护理及心理干预。比较两组就诊情况、生理应激指标、心理 状态、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组伤情评估时间、就诊时间均显著低于对照组，伤口愈合评分显著高于对 照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组血清皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表（Modified Yale perioperative anxiety scale，mYPAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分均显著低于对 照组，且观察组满意度（97.14%）显著高于对照组（82.86%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿不良反应发 生率（2.86%）与对照组（14.29%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：针对性护理及心理干预可促进面部外伤患 儿创口愈合，改善患儿生理应激状态，稳定患儿心理情绪，提高满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing and psychological intervention in plastic and aesthetic suture of facial trauma in children. Methods From October 2018 to October 2020, 70 children with facial trauma who received plastic surgery and cosmetic suture were selected. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into two groups. 35 children in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and 35 children in the observation group received targeted nursing and psychological intervention on this basis. The medical conditions, physiological stress index, psychological state, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The injury evaluation time and visit time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). And the wound healing score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After intervention, serum cortisol, norepinephrine, mYPAS score and SDS score in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.14% vs 82.86%, P＜0.05). There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (2.86% vs 14.29%, P＞0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing and psychological intervention can improve the degree of wound healing in children with facial trauma, relieve the physical stress state of children, stabilize the psychological mood of children, and improve the satisfaction.
