摘要:
目的:探讨A型肉毒毒素对内眦赘皮矫正术后瘢痕新生血管增殖的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院整形科2016年7 月-2019年6月接受“Z”法内眦赘皮矫正术的50例女性就医者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组于术后1周拆 线时内眦区注入A型肉毒毒素,对照组术后未予注射。评估两组就医者术后2周、3周、1个月、2个月、3个月及6个月时内眦 瘢痕区新生血管增殖和瘢痕增生的情况。结果:两组新生血管计数、新生血管等级评分及瘢痕增生评分比较,差异有统计学 意义;观察组新生血管计数、新生血管评分及瘢痕增生评分均低于对照组(血管计数Wald χ2 =76.949,P<0.05;血管评分 Wald χ2 =598.831,P<0.05;瘢痕评分Wald χ2 =50.572,P<0.05),重复测量时间比较结果显示新生血管计数及评分值均 在术后3周时最高,而瘢痕增生随着时间发展评分逐渐降低。结论:A型肉毒毒素可以抑制内眦赘皮矫正术后瘢痕新生血管的 增殖,从而抑制瘢痕的增生,术后早期作用效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this research was to investigate the clinical effects of botulinum toxin type A on neovascularization after epicanthoplasty. Methods 50 female patients who underwent double blepharoplasty combined with "Z" method of endocanthal epidermis correction from July 2016 to June 2019 in the plastic surgery department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group, botulinum toxin type A was injected into the inner canthus region when the stitches was removed at one week after operation. Patients in control group were not injected with botulinum toxin type A after operation. The neovascularization and scar hyperplasia of all patients were evaluated at 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months after surgery,respectively. Results There were significant differences in the neovascularization number, neovascularization grade score and scar hyperplasia score between the two groups. The three data of the observation group, neovascularization number, neovascularization score and scar hyperplasia score, were lower than those of the control group (neovascularization number Wald χ2 =76.949, P<0.05, neovascularization grade score Wald χ2 =598.831, P<0.05, scar hyperplasia score Wald χ2 =50.572, P<0.05). The comparison of repeated measurement time showed that the neovascularization count and score were the highest at 3 weeks after operation, while the scar hyperplasia score gradually decreased with time. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A can inhibit the proliferation of scar neovascularization after epicanthoplasty, thus inhibiting the hyperplasia of scar.
