摘要:
目的：探讨康复新液联合无托槽隐形矫治在错牙合畸形患者中的疗效及对龈沟液核因子κB受体活化因子配体 （Receptor activator for NF-κB ligand,RANKL）/骨保护素（Osteoprotegerin,OPG）、牙齿舒适度及生活质量的影 响。方法：选取2018年12月-2020年12月笔者医院就诊的106例错牙合畸形患者，以随机数字表法分为观察组（n＝53）和对 照组（n＝53）。对照组予以无托槽隐形矫治，观察组在对照组基础上联合康复新液治疗，持续使用2个月。比较两组治疗 前，治疗1个月、2个月后牙周指标［菌斑指数（Plaque index,PLI）、牙龈指数（Gingival index,GI）、龈沟出血指数 （Sulcus bleeding index,SBI）、探诊深度（Probing depth,PD）］、龈沟液RANKL、OPG、RANKL/OPG水平，比较两组牙齿 舒适度评分、生活质量评分（OHIP-14）以及治疗1个月、2个月后牙痛程度。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗1个月、2个月后，观察组PLI、GI、SBI、PD水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组龈沟液RANKL、RANKL/ OPG水平均低于对照组，OPG水平均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；治疗1个月、2个月后，观察组牙齿舒 适度均高于对照组、OHIP-14评分、牙痛程度均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：康复新液、无托槽 隐形矫治联合治疗错牙合畸形效果显著，可降低患者牙痛程度，促进龈沟液RANKL、OPG之间平衡，有助于维护牙周组织健康， 提高患者牙齿舒适度，改善其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with invisible orthodontic treatment without bracket in patients with malocclusion and its eff ect on RANKL/OPG, dental comfort and quality of life in gingival crevicular fl uid. Methods 106 patients with malocclusion in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=53) and control group (n=53). The control group was treated with invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets, and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group for 2 months. The effi cacy, periodontal indexes [plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI), probing depth (PD)], RANKL, OPG, RANKL / OPG levels in GCF, dental comfort score, quality of life score (OHIP14) and the degree of toothache after 1 and 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). The levels of PLI, GI, SBI and PD in the observation group after 1 and 2 months of treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The levels of RANKL and RANKL / OPG in GCF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 1 and 2 months of treatment, and the levels of OPG were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05). After 1 and 2 months of treatment, the tooth comfort of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the OHIP-14 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P＜0.05). The degree of toothache in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 1 and 2 months of treatment,the diff erenceswere statistically significant (all P＜0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with invisible orthodontic treatment without bracket has signifi cant eff ect in the treatment of malocclusion, which can reduce the degree of toothache, promote the balance between RANKL and OPG in GCF, help to maintain the health of periodontal tissue, improve the comfort of teeth and improve the quality of life of patients.
