摘要:
目的：研究隐适美矫正器非拔牙治疗对牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形患者美观度、满意度及社交焦虑的影响。方法：采用前瞻 性研究，以2018年3月-2019年8月在笔者医院进行治疗的牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形的66例患者为研究对象，按照随机分组原则， 将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组33例。观察组采取隐适美矫正器非拔牙治疗，对照组采取传统矫正器治疗，比较两组 的治疗效果、治疗美观度以及舒适情况，比较主观满意度、社交焦虑及生活质量之间的差异。结果：观察组治疗有效率显著 优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P=0.030）；治疗后，观察组的舒适度、美观效果、固位力、语言功能、咀嚼效率评分、 软组织色泽、附着高度、整体美观及咀嚼功能显著高于对照组，观察组的社交焦虑、功能限制、心理社交、生理疼痛和不适 及总分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形患者采用隐适美矫正器非拔牙治疗， 患者的美观度、满意度显著提高，社交焦虑程度显著降低，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective To study the eff ects of non-extraction treatment with Invisalign aligners on the aesthetics, satisfaction and social anxiety of patients with malocclusion and dentition defect. Methods A prospective study was conducted on 66 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect treated at our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019. Patients were classifi ed into two groups according to the principle of random grouping, each with 33 cases. Observation group received non-extraction treatment with Invisalign aligners, while contrl gorup received traditional orthodontic treatment. The treatment outcome, treatment aesthetics and comfort were compared between two groups, and the subjective satisfaction, social anxiety and quality of life were also recorded in both groups. Results The overall eff ective rate of observation group was signifi cantly better than that of control group (P=0.030). After treatment, the score of the comfort, aesthetic eff ect, denture retention, speech function, masticatory effi ciency, soft tissue color, attachment height, overall appearance and masticatory function of observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of control group. The total scores of Modifi ed Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS), functional limitation, psychosocial disorder, physiological pain and physiological discomfort in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Non-extraction treatment with Invisalign aligners for patients with malocclusion and dentition defect have shown signifi cant improvement in aesthetics, satisfaction and a remarkable reduction in social anxiety.
