摘要:

目的：观察关键控制点理论下的细节护理对鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者术后恢复及满意度的影响。方法：选取笔者 医院2021年1月-2022年9月行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的93例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组（n =47）和观察组 （n=46），对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施基于关键控制点理论的细节护理。比较两组护理前后健康调 查简表（Short-form 36 health survey scale，SF-36）评分、术后12 h、24 h及48 h疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、并发症情况、住院时间及满意度。结果：观察组护理后SF-36中社会功能、精力、情绪角色、疼痛、心理 健康及总体健康维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后12 h、24 h以及48 h VAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察 组并发症总发生率低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，患者满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：基于关键控制点理论的 细节护理可有效减轻鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者术后疼痛，降低并发症风险，提高其生活质量及满意度。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the eff ect of detail nursing based on critical control point theory on postoperative recovery and satisfaction of patients undergoing plasty of nasal septum deviation. Methods 93 patients who underwent nasal septum deviation correction in the author’s hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group (n=47) and observation group (n=46) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given detailed nursing based on the critical control point theory on the basis of the control group. The short-form 36 health survey scale (SF-36) score before and after care and the visual analogue scale (VAS) at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after surgery, complications, length of stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the scores for social function,energy,emotional role,pain,mental health and general health in the SF-36 of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the length of hospitalization was shorter, and the patient satisfaction was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Detail nursing based on critical control point theory can eff ectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce the risk of complications,and improve quality of life and satisfaction of patients undergoing plasty of nasal septum deviation.
