摘要:
目的：探讨应用虎杖水煎液治疗会阴部创面的疗效。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年1月笔者科室收治的44例易性症性 别重置术后会阴部创面患者为研究对象，按抽签法随机分为实验组和对照组各22例。实验组给予虎杖水煎液换药治疗，对照 组给予生理盐水换药治疗，换药后均采用支被架下暴露疗法。换药期间，观察比较两组患者的创面大小变化、创面分泌物附 着时长、住院时长、创面愈合时间、换药疼痛感受情况、不良反应及二次手术情况。结果：实验组创面分泌物附着时间、住 院时间及创面完全愈合时间均短于对照组，创面愈合效果优于对照组，换药疼痛程度整体轻于对照组，以上指标组间比较差 异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者创面无湿疹样皮炎症状发生，所有患者均未进行二次手术；对照组有4例患者产 生湿疹样皮炎症状，有3例患者进行了二次手术。结论：应用虎杖水煎液治疗会阴部创面，可加快愈合速度，减少创面分泌 物附着时长，降低二次手术干预创面的可能性，缩短住院时间，是治疗会阴部创面简单、有效的方法，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of Polygonum cuspidatum decoction in treating perineal wounds. Methods A total of 44 patients with perineal wounds after gender reassignment for transsexualism admitted to the author’s department from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by lottery method,with 22 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with water decoction of Polygonum cuspidatum,and the control group was treated with normal saline. After dressing change,all patients were treated with exposure therapy under the support frame. During dressing change,the changes in wound size,duration of wound secretion attachment,length of hospital stay,wound healing time,pain perception of dressing change,adverse reactions,and secondary surgery were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The attachment time of wound secretion,length of hospital stay,and complete wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the wound healing eff ect was better than that of the control group,and the pain degree of dressing change was lighter than that of the control group.There were signifi cant diff erences in the above indicators between the two groups(P ＜0.05). No symptoms of eczematoid dermatitis occurred in the experimental group,and all patients did not undergo secondary surgery. In the control group,4 patients developed symptoms of eczematoid dermatitis,and 3 patients underwent secondary surgery. Conclusion The application of Polygonum cuspidatum decoction to treat perineal wounds can speed up the healing rate,reduce the duration of wound secretion attachment,reduce the possibility of secondary surgical intervention on the wound,and shorten the hospital stay. It is a treatment for perineal wounds.The simple and eff ective method is worth promoting.
