摘要:

目的：观察外用医用重组人胶原蛋白功能敷料（凝胶型）[Medical recombinant human collagen functional dressing(gel type)，MRHC]联合医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料（Medical skin healing biofilm ointment active dressing，MSHB）对长期戴口罩引起的接触性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取2021年1月-2021年9月于笔者医院就诊 的因长期戴口罩引起接触性皮炎患者48例，采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组24例。观察组采用外用MRHC联 合MSHB治疗，对照组采用外用MSHB治疗，疗程均为2周。分别在治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后采用CBS皮肤检测仪采集和分 析图像数据，并随访治疗后患者不良反应发生率。结果：观察组的总有效率（66.67%）高于对照组的总有效率37.50%。观 察组治疗1周后及治疗2周后正面部和左侧面部卟啉数量较治疗前明显改善，治疗1周后右侧面部卟啉数量明显改善，治疗1 周后及治疗2周后全面部红斑面积、红斑浓度和平滑度较治疗前明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组治疗 1 周后及治疗2周后正面部卟啉数量、红斑面积和红斑浓度较治疗前明显改善，全面部平滑度明显改善，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。两组均无不良反应发生。结论：MRHC联合MSHB外用与MSHB单独外用对长期戴口罩引起的接触性皮炎的短期治 疗均安全有效，MRHC联合MSHB外用对全面部的短期治疗有效率更高。 [

Abstract:

Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy and safety of topical medical recombinant human collagen functional dressing (MRHC) combined with medical skin healing biofilm ointment active dressing (MSHB) in the treatment of contact dermatitis caused by long-term mask wearing. Methods 48 patients with contact dermatitis caused by long-term mask wearing who attended the author’s hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group using the random number method, with 24 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with topical MRHC combined with MSHB, while the control group was treated with topical MSHB,and the duration of treatment was 2 weeks in both groups.The image data were collected and analyzed by CBS skin detector before treatment, after 1 week of treatment, and after 2 weeks of treatment,respectively, and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients after treatment was followed up. Results The total eff ective rate of observation group (66.67%) was higher than that of control group (37.50%). In the observation group, the number of frontal and left-sided facial porphyrins improved signifi cantly after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment compared with that before treatment, and the number of right-sided facial porphyrins improved signifi cantly after 1 week of treatment, and the total erythema area, erythema concentration and smoothness improved signifi cantly after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment compared with that before treatment(P ＜0.05). In the control group, the number of frontal porphyrins, erythema area and erythema concentration improved signifi cantly after 1 week of treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment compared with those before treatment, and the smoothness of the full face improved signifi cantly, and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Both MRHC combined with MSHB topical and MSHB topical alone are safe and eff ective for the short-term treatment of contact dermatitis caused by long-term mask wearing, and MRHC combined with MSHB topical is more eff ective for the short-term treatment of the whole face.
