摘要:
目的：探讨果酸换肤联合强脉冲光（Intense pulsed light，IPL）对痤疮后色素沉着患者的改善效果。方法：选取 2019 年6月-2020年6月在笔者医院确诊的76例痤疮后色素沉着患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各38例。对照 组采用单纯果酸换肤治疗，观察组采用果酸换肤联合IPL治疗，均连续治疗2个疗程。治疗后，评估两组患者临床疗效。比较 两组治疗后1 h、6 h、12 h和24 h的视觉模拟疼痛（Visual analogue scale，VAS）评分；记录两组患者治疗期间不良反应发 生情况；随访6个月后，采用色素沉着改善效果评分表比较两组治疗前后的色素沉着改善效果。结果：观察组痤疮后色素 沉着患者有效率为94.74%，高于对照组的78.95%（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后1 h、6 h、12 h和24 h的VAS评分差异无统 计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组痤疮后色素沉着患者治疗不良反应发生率为13.16%，与对照组的18.42%差异无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者色素沉着改善效果评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：果酸换 肤联合IPL可提高痤疮后色素沉着治疗效果，有效改善皮损，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the improvement effect of fruit acid peeling combined with intense pulsed light (IPL) in patients with post-acne pigmentation. Methods 76 patients with post-acne pigmentation who were confi rmed in Xindu District Second People’s Hospital were enrolled between June 2019 and June 2020. They were divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with fruit acid peeling, while observation group was additionally treated with IPL. All were continuously treated for 2 courses. After treatment, clinical curative eff ect in both groups was evaluated. The scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) in the two groups were compared at 1 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after treatment. The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded. After 6 months of follow-up, improvement eff ect of pigmentation was compared between the two groups before and after treatment by pigmentation improvement scales. Results The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group (94.74% vs 78.95%, P ＜0.05). At 1 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after treatment, the diff erence in the VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically signifi cant (P ＞0.05). The diff erence in incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group was not statistically signifi cant during treatment (13.16% vs 18.42%, P ＞0.05). After treatment, scores of pigmentation improvement effect in both groups were increased, which were significantly higher in observation group than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Fruit acid peeling combined with IPL can improve clinical curative effect and improvement eff ect of skin lesions in patients with post-acne pigmentation, with high safety.
