摘要:

目的：探讨合理情绪行为护理干预对烧伤整形术患者美学效果及心理状态的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年12月 笔者医院收治的100例烧伤整形术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。观察组给 予合理情绪行为护理，对照组给予常规护理，两组均干预至患者出院，术后随访6个月。观察记录两组患者术后恢复相 关指标，比较两组术后6个月的功能恢复情况、美学效果、应对方式、自我效能、心理状态及生活质量。结果：术后， 观察组创面愈合时间、肉芽生长时间及住院时间均短于对照组，创面感染率低于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。术后6个月，观察组功能恢复及美学效果优良率均高于对照组，回避及屈服评分低于对照组，面对评分高于 对照组，自我效能评分高于对照组，心理状态各评分均低于对照组，生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组，以上指标组间比较 差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：合理情绪行为护理干预能够促进患者创面愈合及术后恢复，提高患者美学效果及 功能性恢复情况，改善患者心理状态，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the infl uence of rational emotional behavior nursing intervention on the cosmetic eff ect and psychological state of patients after burn plastic operation. Methods A total of 100 patients after burn plastic operation who were admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) by random number table method.The the observation group was given reasonable emotional behavioral nursing,and control group was given routine nursing.Both groups were intervened until the patients were discharged,and were followed up for 6 month.The functional recovery,cosmetic eff ect after 6 month of operation,postoperative recovery,the score of coping stylex,self-effi cacy,psychological state and quality of life before and after 6 month of operation were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the wound healing time, granulation growth time, and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the wound infection rate was lower than that of the control group, and the diff erences between the two groups were statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). Six months after operation, the excellent and good rates of functional recovery and aesthetic eff ect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those in the control group,the face score was higher than that in the control group,the self- effi cacy score was higher than that in the control group, the scores of psychological state were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences between the above indicators were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Rational emotional behavior nursing intervention can promote the wound healing and postoperative recovery of patients, improve the aesthetic eff ect and functional recovery of patients, improve the psychological state of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
