摘要:
目的：探讨翼状胬肉患者的治疗意愿及其影响因素。方法：选取2021年1月-2022年3月笔者医院收治的91例翼状 胬肉患者，调查患者治疗意愿，收集两组人口社会性特征、疾病特征、美观感知度等，采用多因素Logistic回归分析 影响翼状胬肉治疗意愿的相关因素。结果：91例患者中，根据是否愿意接受治疗将患者分为愿意组（n =42）和不愿意 组（n =49）。两组受教育程度、翼状胬肉分期、翼状胬肉大小、美观感知度比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； 多因素Logistic回归分析，结果显示，受教育程度高（OR =0.534，95%CI =0.288～0.989）、翼状胬肉处于活动期 （OR=0.257，95%CI=0.078～0.849）、翼状胬肉大（OR=0.344，95%CI=0.177～0.668）、美观感知度高（OR=0.319， 95%CI=0.174 ～0.585）为翼状胬肉治疗意愿的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论：翼状胬肉治疗意愿受文化程度、翼状胬肉大 小、分期及美观感知度的影响，做好翼状胬肉相关宣教、提高患者美观感知度有利于提高治疗意愿。
Abstract:
Objective Analysis of treatment intention and infl uencing factors of patients with pterygium. Methods A total of 91 patients diagnosed with pterygium admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and investigate patients’ willingness to treat.The social characteristics,disease characteristics, and aesthetic perception of the two groups were collected,and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors aff ecting the willingness to treat pterygium. Results Among the 91 patients, patients were divided into a willing group (n=42) and a unwilling group (n=49) according to their willingness to receive treatment. There were statistically signifi cant diff erences in education level, pterygium stage, pterygium size and aesthetic perception between the two groups (P ＜0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high education level (OR=0.534,95%CI=0.288-0.989), active pterygium (OR=0.257,95%CI0.078-0.849), pterygium Large (OR=0.344,95%CI=0.177-0.668) and high aesthetic perception (OR=0.319,95%CI=0.174-0.585) were the infl uencing factors of pterygium treatment willingness (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The willingness to treat pterygium is aff ected by educational level, pterygium size,stage and aesthetic perception. Good education about pterygium and improving the aesthetic perception of patients can improve the willingness to treat.
