摘要:
目的：探究医用功能性液体敷料联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及对其安全性进行分析。方法：回顾性分析笔者 医院2019年1月-2021年4月收治的69例黄褐斑患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法分为实验组（n=29）和对照组（n=40），对照 组给予口服氨甲环酸及外用千白氢醌乳膏治疗，实验组给予医用功能性液体敷料联合强脉冲光治疗。对比两组临床疗效、 治疗前后炎性因子水平，对比两组治疗期间不良反应发生率、随访6个月内复发率以及患者满意度。结果：实验组总有效 率89.66%高于对照组总有效率67.50%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后黄褐斑严重程度指数评分较治疗前均降低，且实验组治疗后 得分更低（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义，实验组无非皮肤性不良反应；随访6个月内实验组复发率 （3.45%）低于对照组（20.00%）且实验组满意度（93.10%）高于对照组（65.00%）（P＜0.05）。结论：医用功能性液体敷 料联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的疗效以及安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of medical functional liquid dressing combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of melasma. Methods Sixty-nine patients with melasma admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the retrospective analysis subjects and divided into the experimental group (n =29) and the control group (n =40) according to the treatment methods. The control group was given oral tranexamic acid and topical thousand white hydroquinone cream, and the experimental group was given medical functional liquid dressing combined with intense pulsed light therapy. The clinical effi cacy and infl ammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, recurrence rate within 6 months of follow-up, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(67.50%), the total eff ective rate of the experimental group was 89.66% (P ＜0.05); the melasma area severity index (MASI) score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the score of the experimental group after treatment was lower (P＜0.05); there was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, but there was no non-cutaneous adverse reaction in the experimental group; the recurrence rate of the experimental group (3.45%) was lower than that of the control group (20.00%) within 6 months of follow-up (P ＜0.05) and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group (93.10%) was higher than that of the control group (65.00%) (P＜0.05). Conclusion Medical functional liquid dressing combined with intense pulsed light is eff ective and safe in the treatment of melasma.
