摘要:
目的:探讨水光注射透明质酸钠、氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽联合Q开关1 064 nm激光对黄褐斑患者疗效及生活质量的影响。 方法:选取2018年6月-2019年12月笔者医院收治的黄褐斑女性患者112例,根据患者治疗方案分为研究组55例和对照组57 例。对照组采用Q开关1 064 nm激光治疗,研究组采用水光注射透明质酸钠、氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽联合Q开关1 064 nm激光治 疗,每4周1次,疗程共6个月。比较两组疗效及1年后复发率,比较治疗3、6个月后的黄褐斑生活质量评分量表(Chinesemelasma quality of life scale,Ch-MELASQOL)评分、黄褐斑面积与严重程度指数量表(MASI)评分、满意度评分。结 果:治疗6个月后,研究组总有效率为80.00%高于对照组的57.89%。随访1年,研究组无复发,对照组复发率10.53%(6/57) 高于研究组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6个月后,研究组的Ch-MELASQOL评分、MASI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗 后的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:水光注射透明质酸钠、氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽联合Q开关1 064 nm激光治疗黄 褐斑效果良好,可提高患者生活质量,减少复发。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the eff ects of intradermal injection of sodium hyaluronate, tranexamic acid and glutathione combined with Q-switched 1 064 nm laser on effi cacy and quality of life of patients with melasma. Methods A total of 112 female patients with melasma were selected from June 2018 to December 2019. According to the treatment plan,they were divided into study group (55 cases) and control group (57 cases). The control group was treated with Q-switched 1 064 nm laser,while the study group was treated with intradermal injection of sodium hyaluronate, tranexamic acid and glutathione combined with Q-switched 1 064 nm laser, once every 4 weeks. Both groups were given 6 months of treatment. Comparison was made between the two groups in terms of efficacy,recurrence rate within 1 year,the Ch-MELASQOL scores,MASI scores and satisfaction scores after 3 and 6 months of treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment,the total response rate in the study group (80.00%) was higher than that in the control group (57.89%). During 1 year of follow- up,there was no recurrence in the study group ,but the recurrence rate in the control group was 10.53% (6/57)(P<0.05). After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the Ch-MELASQOL scores and MASI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05), and satisfaction score after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intradermal injection of sodium hyaluronate, tranexamic acid and glutathione combined with Q-switched 1 064 nm laser is eff ective in the treatment of melasma, which can signifi cantly improve the patients’ conditions and life quality,and reduce recurrence.
