摘要:
目的：探讨超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下剥离术及舒敏保湿特护霜治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：选 取2019年1月-2021年12月在颍上县人民医院就诊的180例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，依随机数表法分为对照组和实验组，每组90 例。对照组给予超脉冲点阵CO2激光+舒敏保湿特护霜治疗，实验组给予超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下剥离术+舒敏保湿 特护霜治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的创口恢复时间，不同时间点瘢痕情况，临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率，以及患者治 疗满意度。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的结痂、脱落和愈合时间[（1.94±0.61）d、（6.75±1.22）d、（3.32±0.91）d] 明显少于对照组[（2.89±0.72）d、（8.15±1.54）d、（5.26±1.13）d]（P＜0.05）；治疗前两组评分差异无统计学意 义，治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d实验组VSS评分[（8.92±1.32）分、（5.88±1.29）分、（3.77±0.92）分]均显著低于对照组 [ （11.07±1.35）分、（7.96±1.40）分、（5.24±1.01）分]（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的临床治疗有效率（92.22%）明显 高于对照组（77.77%），（P＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率（24.44%）明显低于对照组（11.11%）（P＜0.05）；治疗 后实验组患者的治疗满意度（85.56%）明显高于对照组（70.00%）（P＜0.05）。结论：超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下 剥离术及舒敏保湿特护霜治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效显著，可有效缩短激光术后创面恢复时间，对减少不良反应，增加患者满 意度具有重要意义，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needleknife subcutaneous peeling and Soothing Moisturizing Cream in the treatment of acne depressed scars. Methods A total of 180 patients with acne depression scars who were treated in Yingshang County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser + Soothing Moisturizing Cream, and the experimental group was treated with ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needleknife subcutaneous peeling + Soothing Moisturizing Cream. The wound recovery time after treatment, the scar condition at diff erent time points,the eff ective rate of clinical treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scab, shedding and healing time [(1.940±0.610) d, (6.750±1.22 0) d, (3.320±0.910) d] of the observation group was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group [(2.89±0.72) d, (8.15±1.54)d, (5.26±1.13)d] (P ＜0.05); there was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of the two groups before treatment, and the VSS scores of the experimental group after 7 d, 14 d, and 21 d of treatment [(8.92 ±1.32) points, (5.88±1.29) points, (3.77±0.92) points] were signifi cantly lower than the control group [(11.07±1.35) points, (7.96±1.40) points, (5.24±1.01) points] (P ＜0.05); the eff ective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group (92.22%) was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (77.778%) (P ＜0.05); during the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (24.44%) was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group (11.11%), (P ＜0.05).After treatment, the treatment satisfaction of patients in the experimental group (85.556%) was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (70.00%), (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle-knife subcutaneous peeling and Soothing Moisturizing Cream has a signifi cant eff ect on the treatment of acne depression scars, which can eff ectively shorten the wound recovery time, improve the eff ect of scar treatment, reduce adverse reactions, and increase patient care satisfaction. It is of great signifi cance and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
