摘要:
目的：探讨果酸换肤联合Elos光电协同技术治疗中重度痤疮的美学效果。方法：选取2021年6月-2022年6月笔者医院 收治的86例中重度痤疮患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各43例，对照组采用果酸换肤治疗，治疗组采用果酸换肤联合Elos 治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，治疗前后临床症状评分、皮肤生理指标、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-8（IL-8） 和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）]以及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，对照组总有效率为60.47%，低于治疗 组的88.37%（P＜0.05）；两组患者皮损数量、皮损颜色、皮损性质和皮损肿痛评分低于治疗前，且治疗组临床症状指标 评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组红色区、毛孔、紫质和棕色斑评分均低于治疗前，且治疗组皮肤生理指标评分低于对 照组（P＜0.05）；两组IL-8和TNF-α水平低于治疗前，且治疗组IL-8和TNF-α水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗期间， 两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：果酸换肤联合Elos治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效较好，可以显 著改善临床症状，提高面部美学效果，降低炎症反应，安全性好。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the cosmetic eff ect of fruit acid peeling combined with electro-optical synergy ( Elos) in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods A total of 86 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to Qinhuangdao First Hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group (43 cases, fruit acid peeling) and treatment group (43 cases, fruit acid peeling combined with Elos) between June 2021 and June 2022. The clinical curative eff ect after treatment, scores of clinical symptoms, physiological indexes of skin and inflammatory factors [interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, total response rate in control group was lower than that in treatment group (60.47% VS 88.37%, P ＜0.05). After treatment, scores about the number, color, nature and swelling of skin lesions in both groups were decreased, and scores of clinical symptoms in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, scores of red areas, pores, poryphyrins and brown spots in both groups were decreased, and scores of skin physiological indexes in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased, which were lower in treatment group than control group (P＜0.05). During treatment, there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative eff ect of fruit acid peeling combined with Elos is good on moderate to severe acne, which can signifi cantly relieve clinical symptoms, improve facial cosmetic eff ect and reduce infl ammatory response, with good safety.
