摘要:
目的:探讨黄金微针射频联合表皮生长因子治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月蠡县潘西医 院收治的70例面部痤疮瘢痕的患者,将其按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组和实验组各35例。对照组行黄金微针射频联合 外用红霉素软膏治疗,实验组则采用黄金微针射频联合外用表皮生长因子软膏治疗,两组患者均进行2次黄金微针射频治 疗,对照组患者术后外用红霉素软膏,实验组患者术后外用表皮生长因子凝胶,2次/天,连用1个月。对比两组患者治 疗后的临床疗效、创口结痂、愈合所需的时间、临床疗效(治疗总有效率)、不同时间的温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分、不良反应的发生情况以及患者对治疗效果的满意度。结果:实验组和对照组患者的治疗总有 效率分别为94.29%(33/35)和74.28%(26/35),实验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意 义(P<0.05)。对照组创口结痂所需时间分别为(5.97±1.29)d和(6.85±1.33)d,所需时间都多于实验组创口结痂时 间(3.08±0.61)d和愈合所需时间(4.37±1.03)d(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前VSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治 疗10 d、20 d和30 d后两组VSS评分均降低(P<0.05),且实验组3次VSS评分均都明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的不 良反应总发生率28.57%,明显低于对照组的68.57%(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组患者的满意率分别为91.43%(32/35) 和68.57%(24/35),实验组的满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄金微针射频联合表皮生长因子的方法可改 善痤疮瘢痕症状,可以提高治疗有效率,减少不良反应的发生,能够促进瘢痕的恢复,缩短恢复期,给患者带来更加满意 的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of Golden Microneedle radiofrequency combined with epidermal growth factor in the treatment of acne scar. Methods A total of 70 patients with facial acne scar admitted to hixian Panxi Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups: control group (n=35) and experimental group (n=35). The control group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with topical erythromycin ointment, while the experimental group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with topical epidermal growth factor ointment. Patients in both groups received two times of gold microneedle radiofrequency, the control group received topical erythromycin ointment after surgery, and the experimental group received topical epidermal growth factor ointment after surgery, twice a day, for one month.The clinical effi cacy (total eff ective rate of treatment), wound scarring, time required for healing, Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) score of clinical effi cacy (total eff ective rate of treatment) at diff erent times, occurrence of adverse reactions and patients’ satisfaction with the treatment eff ect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 94.29% (33/35) and 74.28% (26/35). The total eff ective rate of the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group, and the diff erence between the two groups was statistically signifi cant (P <0.05).The time required of wound scabbing and healing in the control group were(5.97±1.29) d and (6.85±1.33) d, which were both longer than the time required for wound scabbing in the experimental group (3.08±0.61) d and healing time (4.37±1.03) d, and the diff erence between the two groups was statistically signifi cant (P <0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in VSS score between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05), but it was decreased after 10, 20 and 30 days of treatment (P<0.05). The scar of the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group after three times of VSS score (P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 28.57% (10/35) and 68.57% (24/35). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The satisfaction rates of the experimental group and the control group were 91.43%(32/35) and 68.57%(24/35). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The method of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with epidermal growth factor can improve the symptoms of acne scar, improve the effective rate of treatment, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, promote the recovery of scar, shorten the recovery period, and bring more satisfactory curative eff ect to patients.
