摘要:
目的:分析点阵CO2激光联合超声导入表皮生长因子治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年2月笔者医院皮肤科收治的80例痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用点阵CO2激光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用超声导入表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组治疗前和治疗后皮肤生理指标和疾病相关评分,观察两组治疗期间疾病相关指标和治疗后的临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组经皮水分丢失量、角质层蛋白质、乳酸刺激实验评分、皮肤屏障及痤疮瘢痕权重(ECCA)评分、皮肤黑素指数含量均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组角质层含水量升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组结痂时间、红斑持续时间、误工期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光联合超声导入表皮生长因子治疗痤疮瘢痕,可有效改善患者皮肤生理功能,改善瘢痕程度,同时改善患者皮肤敏感度和黑色素情况,促进病情快速好转,具有良好的治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of dot matrix CO 2 laser combined with epidermal growth factor introduced by ultrasound in the treatment of acne scar. Methods A total of 80 cases of acne scar patients admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dot matrix CO2 laser, and the observation group was treated with epidermal growth factor introduced by ultrasound on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The skin physiological indicators and disease related scores of the two groups were compared before treatment and after the treatment, and the disease related indicators during treatment and clinical efficacy after the treatment of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with before treatment, the amount of percutaneous water loss, cuticle protein, lactic acid stimulation test score, skin barrier and acne scar weight (ECCA) score and dermal melanin in the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the cuticle water content of the two groups increased after the treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The scab duration, erythema duration, and missed time period were shorter in the observation group than in the control groupp (P<0.05). After the treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion Using dot matrix CO 2 laser combined with epidermal growth factor introduced by ultrasound to treat acne scar patients could effectively improve the skin physiological function of patients, improve the degree of scar, improve the patient’s skin sensitivity and melanin, promote the rapid improvement of the condition, with a good therapeutic effect.
