摘要:
目的：评价水光注射氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光（Intense pulsed light,IPL）治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法：选取2018年10月-2020年1月在笔者医院门诊就诊的红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者58例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组30例，对照组28例；治疗组采用4%氨甲环酸2.5～4ml水光注射联合IPL治疗，每月1次，共3次，对照组采用IPL治疗，每月1次，共3次。结果：治疗3次后，治疗组的红斑面积、红斑指数、VISIA红斑分值显著优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组治疗后均未见明显不良反应。结论：水光注射氨甲环酸联合IPL治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮优于单独IPL治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of water injection Tranexamic acid in combination with IPL （Intense Pulsed Light）in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. Methods 58 patients of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The treatment group had a total of 30 cases,The control group28cases.The treatment group of patients were applied water injectiontranexamic acid2.5-4ml combined with IPL,once a month, a total of 3 times. The control group were applied IPL, once a month , a total of 3 times. Results After 3 times of treatment, the area of erythema, erythema index and visa erythema score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of water injection Tranexamic acid in combination with IPL was better than IPL only in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.
