摘要:
目的：探讨复合酸联合盐酸米诺环素对轻中度痤疮的疗效及对皮损评分的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年1月笔 者医院收治的轻中度痤疮患者80例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。对照组患者 给予盐酸米诺环素口服治疗，观察组给予盐酸米诺环素口服联合复合酸治疗。采用Pillsbury分级法对两组患者皮损数量、 类型、颜色以及疼痛等相关指标进行评估，比较两组患者临床疗效、患者满意率以及治疗期间发生的不良反应情况。 结果：治疗后两组患者皮损数量、类型、颜色及疼痛评分与治疗前比较明显下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）； 观察组患者临床治疗有效率为92.50%，高于对照组的75.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者满意率为95.00%，高于对照组的 80.00% （P＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：复合酸联合盐酸米诺环素 治疗轻中度痤疮效果良好，可有效改善皮损相关症状，患者满意度高，且治疗期间无严重不良反应，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effi cacy of compound acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of mild to moderate acne and its eff ect on skin lesion score. Methods A total of 80 patients with mild to moderate acne in the author’s hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The patients in the control group were treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride, and the patients in the observation group were treated with compound acid on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The Pillsbury grading method was used to evaluate the number, type, color and pain of skin lesions in the two groups, and the clinical effi cacy, patient satisfaction rate and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the number of lesions, type, color and pain score of the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜0.05). The eff ective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than that of the control group (75.00%) (P ＜0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P＜0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Compound acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of mild to moderate acne has good eff ect, can eff ectively improve the skin lesion-related symptoms, high patient satisfaction, and no serious adverse reactions during treatment, high safety.
