摘要:
该文在介绍瘢痕的概念，皮肤瘢痕的主要类型、特点、目前的分类方法及其不足的基础上，从创面愈合与瘢痕形成规 律的角度出发，提出了新的瘢痕分类方法，阐述新的瘢痕分类方法的价值，尤其是根据瘢痕增生与消退的临床表现，提出了 中间态瘢痕的概念，使瘢痕的分类更加细致，更符合临床实际情况，能够为瘢痕的诊断和治疗提供更好的思路，对规范瘢痕 的分类和正确的治疗具有较好的指导意义。
Abstract:
Based on the introduction of the concept of scar, the main types and characteristics of skin scar, the current classifi cation methods and their defi ciencies, this paper sets out from the angle of wound healing and the regularity of scar formation, it is the fi rst time to put forward a new method of scar classifi cation, expounding the value of the new method of scar classifi cation, especially the concept of intermediate scar according to the clinical manifestation of scar hyperplasia and regression, the classifi cation of scar is more detailed and more in line with the clinical situation, which can provide a better idea for the diagnosis and treatment of scar, and has a better guiding signifi cance for standardizing the classifi cation and correct treatment of scar.
