摘要:
病理性牙移位(Pathologic tooth migration,PTM)是指维持牙齿正常关系的力破坏时发生的牙齿位置的改变，严重影 响牙齿的功能及美观。PTM是多因素引起的临床症状，其具体机制尚未明确，治疗较为棘手。本文从牙周支持组织损坏、牙合 力的改变、口唇肌软组织异常等三个方面对PTM的病因进行综述，并从单纯牙周治疗和多学科联合治疗等方面进行总结，以 期对后续的研究及临床治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Abstract:
Pathologic tooth migration (PTM) refers to the change of tooth position when the force to maintain the normal relationship between teeth is destroyed, which seriously aff ects the function and beauty of teeth. PTM is a multifactorial disease, the specifi c mechanism of which has not yet been clarifi ed, and the treatment is more diffi cult. This article reviews the causes of PTM from three aspects, including the destruction of periodontal support tissue, the change oftensile force, and the abnormality of soft tissue of labial muscles, and summarizes it from the aspects of simple periodontal treatment and multidisciplinary combined therapy, with a view to providing a theoretical reference for follow-up research and clinical treatment.
