摘要:
目的：探究Kiss技术（采用眼轮匝肌-白线固定法的亚洲人重睑术）的应用效果。方法：选取2020年10月-2023年3月 于笔者医院接受Kiss重睑术的97例就医者。在术后3～24个月对就医者进行随访评估，并统计就医者满意率及并发症发生情 况。结果：就医者总满意度为97.5%，大多数就医者在术后2周内消肿。术后3～6个月手术痕迹基本消失。无一例就医者术后 出现重睑松脱变浅的情况。结论：Kiss重睑术是一个简洁而有效的方法，美学效果良好，并发症少，就医者术后恢复较快， 满意度高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of Kiss technique (double eyelid operation in Asian people with orbicularis oculi - white line fi xation method). Methods A total of 97 patients who received Kiss double eyelid surgery in the author’s hospital from October 2020 to March 2023 were selected. The patients were followed up 3 to 24 months after surgery. The clinical eff ect was evaluated, and the satisfaction rate and complications of patients were counted. Results The total satisfaction of patients was 97.5%, and most patients reduced swelling within 2 weeks after surgery. Three to six months after the operation, the surgical marks almost disappeared. There was no case of double blepharon laxity and shallowness after operation. Conclusion Kiss double eyelid operation is a simple and eff ective method, with good aesthetic eff ect, less complications, faster postoperative recovery and high satisfaction.
