[摘要]目的：探究超分子水杨酸联合强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮临床疗效。方法：选取2017年3月-2018年3月于笔者医院进行治
疗的111例面部痤疮患者，随机分为超分子水杨酸组（37例）、强脉冲光组（37例）和联合治疗组（37例）。其中超分子水杨
酸组予以超分子水杨酸治疗，强脉冲光组进行强脉冲光治疗，联合治疗组予以超分子水杨酸联合强脉冲光治疗。治疗8周后，
观察三组患者临床疗效、GAGS评分及不良反应情况。结果：治疗4周后，超分子水杨酸组与强脉冲光组临床治疗总有效率比较
差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；联合治疗组临床治疗总有效率显著高于单一治疗组（P ＜0.05）。三组患者治疗前GAGS评分
比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），治疗4周后，三组患者GAGS评分均显著下降（P ＜0.05），且联合治疗组GAGS评分显著低
于单一治疗组（P＜0.05）。三组患者均无严重不良反应，不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：超分
子水杨酸联合强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮临床疗效显著，且安全性高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulse light in the treatment
of facial acne. Methods 111 patients with facial acne treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly
divided into three groups. The supramolecular salicylic acid group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid, the intense
pulse group was treated by intense pulse light, and the combination group was given supramolecular salicylic acid combined
with intense pulse light therapy.After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy,GAGS score and adverse reactions were
compared among the three groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total effective
rate between supramolecular salicylic acid group and intense pulse group(P ＞0.05),the total effective rate of clinical treatment
in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the single treatment group(P ＜0.05).There was no significant
difference in GAGS scores among the three groups before treatment(P ＞0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the GAGS scores
of the three groups were significantly decreased(P ＜0.05), and the GAGS scores in the combined treatment group were
significantly lower than those in single treatment group(P ＜0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in three groups, and
there was no significant difference among the three groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with
intense pulse light therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of facial acne.
