[摘要]目的：探讨2%卡替洛尔滴眼液联合脉冲染料激光（595nm）治疗婴儿血管瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收集笔者
医院门诊婴儿血管瘤186例，随机将符合入组标准的患儿分为卡替洛尔治疗组59例，脉冲染料激光治疗组63例及卡替洛尔
联合脉冲染料激光治疗组64例，观察比较三组临床疗效及不良反应。结果：联合治疗组治疗1、3、6个月后有效率分别为
35.93%、76.56%、90.62%，均高于卡替洛尔治疗组（11.86%、54.23%、72.88%）及脉冲染料激光治疗组（17.46%、53.96%、
68.25%），差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。而卡替洛尔治疗组与脉冲染料激光治疗组治疗1、3、6个月后有效率比较，
无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。不良反应主要是湿疹和溃疡，联合治疗组不良反应发生率3.13%，均低于卡替洛尔治疗组
（16.95%）及脉冲染料激光治疗组的不良反应发生率（17.46%），差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；而卡替洛尔治疗组不
良反应发生率与脉冲染料激光治疗组比较无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：2%卡替洛尔滴眼液联合脉冲染料激光（595nm）
治疗中、低风险的浅表性婴儿血管瘤，能够提高临床治疗有效率，减少不良反应发生率，具有较好的临床疗效和安全性。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of 2% cartilolol solution combined with pulsed dye laser (595nm)
in the treatment of infant hemangiomas. Methods 186 children with hemangiomas in our outpatient clinic. Based on the doubleblind
principle and random number table grouping method, the selected subjects were randomly divided into the cartilolol
treatment group (59 cases), the pulse dye laser treatment group (63 cases), and the cartilolol combined pulse dye laser (595nm)
Treatment group (64 cases). Observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions
of each group. Results The effective rate (39.06%, 76.56%,90.62%) 1, 3, 6 months after treatment in the combined
treatment group was higher than that of the cartilolol treatment group (11.86%,54.23%,72.88%) and the pulse dye laser
treatment group (17.46%, 53.96%,68.25%). The difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05) in each group. In the
incidence of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group (3.13%) was lower
than that of the cartilolol treatment group (16.95%) and the pulse dye laser treatment group (17.46%),and the difference
was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the cartilolol treatment groupwas not significantly
different from that in the pulse dye laser treatment group (P ＞0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of low and medium risk infant
hemangioma, 2% cartilolol combined with pulsed dye laser (595nm) treatment can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment
and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. The combined treatment has better clinical efficacy and safety.
