摘要:
目的：探讨基于循证的预见性护理模式对唇腭裂患儿术后恢复及自我效能的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2015年1 月-2021年1月350例接受唇腭裂二期修复术的唇腭裂患儿作为研究对象，经随机数字表法分为观察组（n=175）和对照组 （n=175），对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上予以基于循证的预见性护理模式。比较两组术后恢复情况、干预前后 心理状态、自我效能、并发症发生情况及患儿家长护理满意度。结果：观察组住院时间、创口愈合时间均短于对照组，差异 均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组儿童抑郁障碍自评量表（Depression self-rating scale for children， DSRSC）评分、儿童焦虑障碍量表（Screen for children anxiety related emotional disorders，SCARED）评分均低于对 照组，自我效能评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组并发症发生率分别为5.14%、12.00%，观察组低于 对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理技术、沟通交流、服务态度、护理质量等满意度评分均高于对照组， 差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：基于循证的预见性护理模式能促进唇腭裂患儿术后恢复，调节患儿心理状态，改 善自我效能，减少并发症，提高患儿家长护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based predictive nursing mode on postoperative recovery and self efficacy in children with cleft lip and palate. Methods A total of 350 children with cleft lip and palate undergoing second stage repair in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2015 and January 2021. They were divided into the observation group (n=175) and the control group (n=175) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given evidence-based predictive nursing mode. The postoperative recovery, psychological status, self-efficacy, complications and parental nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After intervention, scores of DSRSC and SCARED in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while self-efficacy score was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (5.14% vs 12.00%, P＜0.05). The scores of nursing skills, communication, service attitude and nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based predictive nursing mode can promote postoperative recovery, adjust psychological status, improve self-efficacy and reduce complications in children with cleft lip and palate, and improve parental nursing satisfaction.
