摘要:
目的：探讨牙周-正畸联合治疗对牙周病患者切牙区美学重建的作用。方法：选取笔者科室诊治的60例切牙区明显移 位的牙周病患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。两组均进行抗炎等牙周常规治疗，研究组同时联合正畸治疗，观察 两组患者治疗前和治疗结束后牙周状况改善情况及美学重建效果。结果：两组患者牙周炎消退时间比较，差异无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）；治疗前，两组患者探诊深度、牙根长度、临床牙冠及出血指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗结 束后，两组探诊深度及出血指数明显小于治疗前，且研究组小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗结束后， 研究组临床牙冠大于治疗前,且大于对照组治疗后同期，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组龈乳头高度（PH） 及邻接点与牙槽嵴顶之间的距离（BC-CP）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗结束后，两组PH均大于治疗前，且研 究组大于对照组；两组BC-CP均小于治疗前，且研究组小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：切牙区明显移 位的牙周病患者在常规牙周治疗基础上联合正畸治疗，有利于患者切牙区美学重建，改善患者牙列美学效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore esthetic reconstruction of the incisor teeth area following a combined periodontic-orthodontic treatment in periodontal patients with incisor area is visibly displaced. Methods We selected 60 cases of periodontal patients,randomly divided into control group and study group, each group 30 cases,the control group was treated with antiinfl ammatory periodontal therapy,the study group was treated with following a combined periodontic-orthodontic treatment,to observe the periodontal improvement before and after treatment and aesthetic reconstruction eff ect. Results There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the time of periodontal infl ammation disappearance between the two groups (P＞0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in probing depth, root length, clinical crowns length and bleeding index between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),the probing depth and bleeding index of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before, and the study group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05), the length of clinical crowns in the study group was larger after treatment than before ,and larger than the control group at the same time after treatment (P＜0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in licking nipple height (PH) and adjacent point to alveolar the distance between the epiphyses (BC-CP) between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05), PH of the two groups was after treatment higher than before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05),BC-CP of the two groups was after treatment lower than before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The following a combined periodontic-orthodontic treatment in periodontal patients with incisor area is visibly displaced,it is beneficial to esthetic reconstruction of the incisor teeth area,to improve the aesthetic eff ect of dentition.
