摘要:
目的：探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术对2型糖尿病（Type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）伴错牙合畸形患者的治疗效果。 方法：回顾性分析2019年1月-2022年1月在笔者医院行无托槽隐形矫正器治疗的43例T2DM伴错牙合畸形患者临床资料，分析 其矫治效果、矫治疗程、牙周健康指标、美观效果、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果：43例患者经治疗后总有效率达 95.35% 。矫正治疗后，患者的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及探诊深度均降低，口腔健康影响程度量表各维度得分 均降低，矫治美观效果评分得分均升高，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；43例患者并发症发生率为2.33%。结论：对 T2DM 伴错牙合畸形患者使用无托槽隐形矫治技术行矫正治疗具有较好临床效果，能改善患者牙周指标，提高其舒适度与美观 度，且安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of bracketless invisible orthodontics on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with malocclusion. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 43 patients with T2DM and malocclusion who were treated with bracketless invisible appliance at the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022. Correction effects, course of correction, periodontal health indicators, aesthetic effects of correction, quality of life and complications were analyzed. Results The total eff ect rate in this study was 95.35 %.After correction, there were decreases in gingival index, plaque index, sulcus bleeding index, probing depth and the score for the infl uence on oral health, the score for aesthetic eff ects of correction increased. After correction, the incidence of complications was 2.33%. Conclusion Bracketless invisible orthodontics is eff ective in the treatment of patients with T2DM and malocclusion, which can improve periodontal indicators, patient comfort level and aesthetic eff ects, with good safety.
