摘要:
目的：比较分析富血小板血浆（Platelet-rich plasma，PRP）和富血小板纤维蛋白（Platelet-rich fibrin，PRF） 分别联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的效果。方法：选取2019年10月-2022年10月笔者医院收治的90例需面部年轻化的就 医者，按随机数字表法分为PRP组（n=45）与PRF组（n=45）。两组均进行自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗，在此基础上，PRP组联合 PRP治疗，PRF组联合PRF治疗。比较两组手术前后皮肤相关指标和美学效果评分变化，分析其疗效、满意度及不良反应发生 情况。结果：术后3个月，PRF组皮肤水分和弹性评分、医生和就医者美学效果评分、总有效率及就医者满意度均高于PRP 组，皮肤油脂和暗斑评分及不良反应发生率低于PRP组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：PRF联合自体脂肪移植较 PRP联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中效果更佳，可更好的改善就医者面部皮肤状态、提高美学效果评分和就医者满意度， 且不良反应少，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective To compare and analyze the eff ect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fi brin (PRF) combined with autologous fat grafting in patients undergoing facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 90 patients who needed facial rejuvenation in the author’s hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into PRP group (n=45) and PRF group (n=45) according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation. On this basis, the PRP group was treated with PRP and the PRF group was treated with PRF. To compare the changes in skin indicators and aesthetic outcome scores before and after treatment between the two groups, and to analyse their effi cacy and satisfaction, and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results At 3 months after operation, the skin moisture and elasticity scores, the aesthetic eff ect scores of doctors and patients, the total eff ective rate, and the satisfaction of patients in PRF group were higher than those in PRP group, and the skin oil and dark spot scores and the incidence of adverse reactions in PRF group were lower than those in PRP group, and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). Conclusion PRF combined with autologous fat transfer is more eff ective than PRP combined with autologous fat transfer in facial rejuvenation, can better improve the treatment of facial skin condition, improve the eff ect of aesthetic score and patients’ satisfaction, and less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
