摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨个性化访谈联合团体活动在整形术后焦虑患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年5月-2017年4月笔者科室
收治的美容整形术后焦虑患者68例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组34例。对照组给予一般常规护理。观察组
在对照组基础上给予个性化访谈联合团体活动。分别在患者实施干预前后对其焦虑、抑郁状态进行评价，比较两组患者干预
后美容满意程度。结果：观察组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组干预后自我体
像评价、手术满意效果及自信心评价均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：个性化访谈联合团体活动能够
显著缓解整形患者术后焦虑和抑郁情绪，提高患者美容满意度，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of individual interview combined with group activities on patients with anxiety
disorder after plastic surgery. Methods From May 2015 to April 2017, 68 patients with anxiety disorder after plastic surgery
were admitted to our research, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method
of random digital table, 34 cases in each group. The control group were given general routine nursing care. The observation
group were given individualized interview and group activities on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression
of the patients were evaluated before and after the intervention, and the beauty satisfaction of the two groups was compared.
Results The HAMA and HAMD score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention,
and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The self-evaluation, satisfactory effect and confidence evaluation
of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
The activity of individual interview combined with group activities can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression of the
patients after operation, and improve the patients’ beauty satisfaction. It has certain clinical application value.
